Scrambelled eggs with sausages: A little luxury to everyday life

Ingredients

  1. Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
  2. Onion – 1 medium size [chopped]
  3. Green Chilli – 4 [chopped]
  4. Capsicum – 1 seeded [chopped]
  5. Sausages – ½ cup [cut in small pieces]
  6. Tomato – 2 [finely chopped]
  7. Cheese –  ½ cup [grated]
  8. Egg – 4 large eggs
  9. Oregano – ½ tsp
  10. Pepper powder – 1/2tsp
  11. Salt – as per needed

Method

  1. Heat oil in pan on medium flame. Add in the onion and saute for 2 mins.
  2. Add in the green chillies and capsicum. Cook stirring it frequently until it is softened for about 5 mins.
  3. Add in the sausages and give it a mix. Add the salt accordingly. Add the tomatoes and saute until they are soft and mushy.
  4. Add in the beaten eggs to it, stirring it frequently until they are cooked for 2 to 3 mins.
  5. Add the oregano ,pepper powder and cheese to it and give it a mix and switch of the flame.

SERVE WITH THE CRUSTY BREAD ON
