Opalz by Danube Opens with Eid Joy

Danube Properties celebrated the early completion of its Opalz project in Dubai Science Park with a vibrant Eid Festival, bringing the community together for three days of festivities.

Danube Properties, one of the UAE’s most trusted and dynamic real estate developers, celebrated a major milestone with a grand Eid Festival to mark the early completion of its flagship project, Opalz by Danube, located in Dubai Science Park.
The three-day community event, held from 11 to 13 April, welcomed families, residents, and investors to enjoy a host of cultural festivities, entertainment, and Eid-themed activities. The celebration not only marked the joyous occasion of Eid but also honoured Danube’s third consecutive early project completion, reinforcing the company’s growing reputation for timely delivery and quality construction.
Rising Above Expectations
Opalz by Danube features two striking high-rise towers, Tower A and Tower B, that offer a mix of studio, 1 BHK, 2 BHK, and 3 BHK duplex apartments. The 21-storey residential development includes a basement, ground floor, and two podium levels. Notably, the first floor is dedicated to wellness, featuring an open-air health club and a unique anti-current swimming pool, reflecting Danube’s commitment to blending lifestyle with luxury.
“This is more than just a project milestone—it’s a celebration of our unwavering promise to deliver on time,” said Rizwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman of Danube Group. “Opalz is a symbol of what we stand for—excellence, community, and commitment. And what better occasion to share this joy than during Eid, a time of togetherness and celebration?”
A Festival for the Community
Held on-site at Opalz, the event was free and open to all, drawing large crowds each evening from 5pm to 10pm. Attendees enjoyed a lively mix of traditional food stalls, live music, children’s entertainment, and cultural performances. The festival served not only as a celebration but as a showcase of Danube’s vision for building integrated, vibrant communities.
Brand Expansion with Star Power
In a bid to expand its brand presence, Danube Properties recently announced Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan as its official brand ambassador. Under the campaign slogan “Danube Hai Na,” the company positions itself as a comprehensive home solution—from building materials and interiors to real estate—offering flexible payment plans and fully furnished apartments across developments with more than 40 amenities.
Ongoing Growth and Industry Impact
Since its inception, Danube Properties has launched 33 projects, delivered 18 successfully, and currently has 15 more under development. Its projects—such as Gemz, Pearlz, Jewelz, Wavez, and Glitz—have garnered attention for their modern architecture, strategic locations, and affordable luxury, appealing especially to the UAE’s mid-income segment. With over 25.5 million square feet of active construction, Danube continues to push boundaries in the UAE real estate market.
The early completion of Opalz is a testament to Danube Properties’ ability to deliver on promises while keeping community and culture at the heart of its mission.
