Mrunal Thakur Joins the Coldplay Craze at Mumbai Concert

British rock sensation Coldplay is currently in India for their Music of the Spheres World Tour, recently performing at the DY Patil Stadium in Mumbai. Among the enthusiastic crowd was Bollywood star Mrunal Thakur, who shared her excitement with fans through sneak peeks on her Instagram stories.

For those unversed, Coldplay is set to perform in Mumbai on January 18, 19, and 21, with the second leg of their Indian tour scheduled in Ahmedabad on January 25 and 26.

In other news, Mrunal Thakur recently grabbed attention with her playful comment on a post by global music icon Bruno Mars. Mars posted a striking photo on Instagram with the caption, “So this your new man? Where’d you meet him, at an all-girls school? – a short story by Bruno Mars.” Thakur responded cheekily in the comments, writing, “Well… If the world was ending, I’d wanna be next to you!”

On the professional front, Mrunal Thakur is gearing up for the much-anticipated sequel Son of Sardaar 2, where she will star alongside Ajay Devgn. The film, slated for release on July 25, 2025, comes 13 years after the original Son of Sardaar, which featured Ajay Devgn and Sonakshi Sinha. Directed by Vijay Kumar Arora and produced under the banners of Devgn Films and Jio Studios, the sequel promises to deliver a thrilling mix of action and comedy. Set against the backdrop of a gang war between Bihari and Punjabi dons, the film also stars Sanjay Dutt in a pivotal role.
