Dubai to lift all restrictions by Feb 15

A total of 1,538 Covid-19 cases was reported in the UAE on Wednesday, the lowest daily figure recorded this year…reports Asian Lite News

The Supreme Committee of Crisis & Disaster Management said that all activities, events, and social gatherings in Dubai can gradually return to full capacity by 15 February in line with the National Emergency Crisis and Disasters Management Authority’s decisions.

The Committee expressed its appreciation for the community’s commitment to maintaining precautionary measures, urging the community to continue adhering to all preventive measures, including wearing face masks.

A total of 1,538 Covid-19 cases was reported in the UAE on Wednesday, the lowest daily figure recorded this year. Infections have fallen for three days in a row, according to a report from The National.

Daily figures have halved in the past three weeks. Authorities reported 3,116 cases on January 15.

Four patients died during the 24-hour reporting period and 2,457 people were declared free of the virus.

Authorities have recorded 862,514 cases, 791,318 recoveries, and 2,273 deaths to date. The number of active cases dropped to 68,923.
